We’re looking for a Senior Administration Officer with Australian Government Security Clearances to join our Perth team on an exciting new opportunity in support of our Worley Fluor Australia (WFA) Joint Venture. This new role is supporting the Operations Director and Chief Security Officer and will require you to assist with the implementation of security policies and procedures, liaise with Defence Security personnel, as well as assist with day-to-day administration duties such as booking travel, preparing reports and administering key documents.

What you’ll do
The role responsibilities include\:
Establishing relationships with a large number of key stakeholders, to support engagement activities across Defence and Industry Supporting all operational readiness administrative activities, including development of any templates required to support operations Supporting the Chief Security Officer to administer and implement security policies and plans, including interfacing with the Defence Industry Security Office (DISO) Developing and administering security policies and plans within WFA, including developing and maintaining the security aspects of the WFA handbook Ensuring sensitive and classified materials entrusted to WFA are safeguarded at all times Manage security clearance requests and maintain relevant security registers Schedule and co-ordinate meetings, travel and other activities Collect, review and analyse complex / and or confidential data to prepare reports in line with branding guidelines Facilitate training and knowledge sharing initiativesWhat you’ll bring
Security Clearance – must be able to maintain Personnel Security Clearance at Negative Vetting 1 level. A driven and resilient mindset, with the ability to be self-driven and think critically A curious mind, good active listening skills and an ability to roll your sleeves up and get things done in a collaborative team Strong written and verbal communication skills with proven experience in stakeholder engagement. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite of products and skills using graphics software. Successful candidates will be required to undergo a Police Check.Why you should apply
