As a member of the Advertising Trust's Policy & Integrity team, you'll work across Amazon's business lines to shape customer experience and long-term strategy for Amazon Advertising. Our team combines extensive online advertising experience with expertise in customer experience solutions, risk mitigation, and brand integrity. Key job responsibilities
• Develop and manage comprehensive policy sets, from conceptualization through implementation and monitoring
• Deliver clear risk assessments and high-quality written presentations to stakeholders and senior leadership
• Create business requirement documents for product teams to ensure policy compliance
• Foster collaborative relationships across Ad Trust Policy, Sales, Legal, PR, Public Policy, and other business units
• Manage high-risk and high-impact escalations alongside moderation and support teams
• Develop deep understanding of ad tech systems, particularly Amazon's infrastructure, to guide policy development
A day in the life
Policy Managers monitor policy effectiveness using various signals and handle escalated policy compliance questions. They develop expertise in locale-specific requirements and consider cultural norms in decision-making. The role involves building policy recommendations based on multi-vector risk assessment, collaborating with product teams on risk solutions, and partnering with internal and external stakeholders.
