What the day will look like + Reinsurance related analysis (actuarial analysis, catastrophe modelling, reinsurance pricing etc.) + Assisting clients in understanding their exposure to insurance risk and determining the optimal reinsurance arrangements meeting their risk, return and capital requirements + Present analysis report, interpret catastrophe modelling results and making subsequent reinsurance recommendations to internal and external clients + Perform client training sessions to introduce analytics related materials Skills and experience that will lead to success + Degree in actuarial science, statistics, data science or in related fields + Minimum of 2 years’ experience in the insurance or re-insurance industry + Experience in catastrophe modelling with advanced level of model knowledge + An understanding of the various reinsurance structures to manage risk and implementation of them within the modelling framework + Able to independently deal with internal and external stakeholders + Excellent organization skills and interpersonal skills How we support our colleagues In addition to our comprehensive benefits package, we encourage an inclusive workforce.
