Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Senior Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team. This role involves ticket resolution, supporting Oracle/ServiceNow queue clean up, and providing exceptional support to both internal and external customers. You will ensure timely escalation of issues requiring second-level support and provide training and guidance on accounts payable procedures and processes to support Operations and HQ personnel. Utilizing metrics to enhance training, you will provide tools to improve the customer satisfaction experience.
ResponsibilitiesResolve tickets efficiently to support internal and external customers.Clean up Oracle/ServiceNow queues.Escalate issues requiring second-level support to Accounts Payable Supervisor promptly.Provide training and guidance on accounts payable procedures.Utilize metrics to enhance training and improve customer satisfaction.Handle supplier set-ups and vendor support with a focus on customer service and ticketing.Essential Skills3-5+ years of Accounts Payable experience.Proficiency in ticket resolution.Experience with 1099 processing.Strong skills in vendor set up and research analysis.Oracle experience is highly desirable.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience with ServiceNow is a nice-to-have.Work Environment
The position is part of the Accounts Payable Support team, consisting of six individuals. You will report to a supervisor within the AP Support team. This role involves significant focus on ticket resolution and customer service. The team utilizes ServiceNow for handling requests, processing between 2500-3000 invoice requests monthly. The role follows a hybrid model, with three days in the office and two days of remote work each week. During training, the schedule is Tuesday to Thursday in-office and Monday/Friday work from home.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $25.00 - $28.00/hr.
