The Senior Intercompany Accountant is responsible of performing complex accounting tasks, including journal entries and account reconciliation approvals, and other accounting related activities under CRFC scope. **What you will do** + Act as a Subject Matter Expert for Intercompany accounting processes, providing guidance and expertise. + Perform complex accounting tasks related to month-end close, journal entries, cash, account reconciliations, and financial reporting. + Review and approve journal entries and account reconciliations as assigned. + Conduct financial statement analysis and support internal/external audit and SOX compliance activities. + Train new or existing team members as needed. + Coordinate monthly closing activities and support R2R process migrations for countries in scope. + Collaborate with local markets and accounting teams to resolve discrepancies and ensure timely issue escalation. + Promote continuous improvement by identifying efficiency opportunities and maintaining process documentation. **What you need:** + Experience in RTR and having served as a right-hand support. With experience supervising 1-2 people. Leadership courses are a plus. + 3-5 years of experience in processes. Skilled in reporting and customer service. Strong team-oriented mindset. + English proficiency of 80% or higher (spoken and written). + Bachelor’s degree (desirable). Technical background or additional studies are a plus. + Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, JDE, or Blackline (desirable).
