The Senior Intercompany Accountant is responsible of performing complex accounting tasks, including journal entries and account reconciliation approvals, and other accounting related activities under CRFC scope.
What you will do
Act as a Subject Matter Expert for Intercompany accounting processes, providing guidance and expertise.
Perform complex accounting tasks related to month-end close, journal entries, cash, account reconciliations, and financial reporting.
Review and approve journal entries and account reconciliations as assigned.
Conduct financial statement analysis and support internal/external audit and SOX compliance activities.
Train new or existing team members as needed.
Coordinate monthly closing activities and support R2R process migrations for countries in scope.
Collaborate with local markets and accounting teams to resolve discrepancies and ensure timely issue escalation.
Promote continuous improvement by identifying efficiency opportunities and maintaining process documentation.
What you need:
Experience in RTR and having served as a right-hand support. With experience supervising 1-2 people. Leadership courses are a plus.
3-5 years of experience in processes. Skilled in reporting and customer service. Strong team-oriented mindset.
English proficiency of 80% or higher (spoken and written).
Bachelor’s degree (desirable). Technical background or additional studies are a plus.
Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, JDE, or Blackline (desirable).
