Responsibilities:

Full cycle accounting role including journals, reconciliations, reporting and problem solving, assisting with audits as necessaryBank reconciliation, cash balance forecastingStandardize, document and communicate processes to both financial and operations teamsDocumentation of internal operating and control proceduresReview processes, recommend improvements and participate in implementation of process changesAd Hoc Projects

Required Skills:

3 to 5 years of experience in Accounting/Finance and demonstration of key responsibilities and knowledge (i.e. Income Statement analysis, Balance Sheet, Journal Entries, Account Reconciliation, etc)Strong analytical and research skills with attention to detailSAP expertiseAdvanced ExcelStrong interpersonal and communication skillsCPA Preferred
