\nJob Summary
\nThe Senior Accountant CPA 3 performs complex accounting tasks related to internal controls, general ledger maintenance, and financial statement reviews. Authoritatively communicates technical accounting information clearly. Builds relationships with staff to gather and prepare process narratives, reconcile accounts, and complete special projects.
\nThis is a Hybrid role in Dallas, Texas.
\nEssential Functions of the Role
\n\nPrepare process narratives.\nReview financial statements and perform financial statement examination.\nReview account reconciliations.\nResearch and help in problem-solving unreconciled items and broken processes.\nProactive use of technology to give timely information to leadership.\nHelp internal and external financial statement audits.\nPrepares and presents presentations in assigned areas.\nParticipates in special projects.\nPerform accounting research.\n\nKey Success Factors
\n\nMaster's Degree in Accounting or 150 semester hours. This includes 30 semester hours of upper-level accounting courses and 24 upper-level related business hours from a board-recognized college or university.\n2 years of experience; public accounting firm experience preferred.\nProven knowledge of GAAP standards\nAbility to perform accounting research.\nAbility to work on team projects.\nExcellent communication skills\nExcellent problem-solving skills.\nAbility to work well with others.\n\nBelonging Statement

EDUCATION - Masters' or Bachelors plus 2 years of work experience above the minimum qualification EXPERIENCE - 2 Years of ExperienceCERTIFICATION/LICENSE/REGISTRATION -Cert Public Accountant (CPA)
