Your mission, roles and responsibilities

Essential responsibilities and duties

•    Process monthly/annual financial statements（IFRS and JGAAP base）
•    Work for External Audit / Internal Audit
•    Works related to accounts payable, fixed assets, Pension, etc.
 -Reporting to supervisor and home country -Management of master data in financial system 
•    Support to shared service center (GBS China)

Reporting to : GBS Japan Accounting Manager

Your duties will be general work as a GL accountant. However, some operations have been transferred to China. Journal entries are limited. (Some GBS China staff can use Japanese) For reporting to parent company the schedule will be decided based on French calendar.

•    月次および年次財務諸表の処理（IFRSおよび日本基準）
•    監査法人対応/内部監査人対応
•    買掛金、固定資産、年金などに関する業務
     上司、本国へのレポーティング ・財務システムのマスターデータ管理など
•    シェアードサービス先（GBS中国）に対するサポート

レポーティング先: GBS Japan Accounting Manager

GL Accountantとして、一般的な業務になります。
但し、一部業務を中国に移管しており、伝票入力業務は少ないです。（日本語出来る方もいます）
なお、月次/年次決算において、親会社への報告はフランスのカレンダーに基づきます。
 

 

Your profile and competencies to succeed

Qualifications  

•    Education Level Bachelor and above
•    English Daily conversation Level (Meeting in English)
•    Japanese Native Level

Experience:

•    Experience of using English in the workplace
•    Experience of working in a multinational company
•    Accounting experience more than 5 years at business companies.
 

Skills and competencies:

•    Excel skill (pivot table, Vlookup, Index function) 
•    (Nice to have) Certificate of Bookkeeping and Accounting
•    (Nice to have) Skill of IFRS, JGAAP and Company Law
•    (Nice to have) SAP skill Planning and Organizing
•    Autonomy/Accountability/Respect/Exemplarity
