Clarivate Analytics is seeking a Senior Revenue Accountant to play a pivotal role in our global revenue accounting operations and close processes. In this high-impact position, you’ll support the Revenue Manager and collaborate across teams to ensure accuracy, compliance, and excellence in financial reporting. 2+ years of relevant experience in the field of AccountingBachelor’s degree in Accounting or related disciplineBasic knowledge of US GAAP and IFRSExcel (pivot tables, macros, etc.)

What will you be doing in this role?...

Execution of the monthly global revenue close, ensuring accurate results are delivered on a timely basis for reporting in accordance with US GAAP and IFRSPerform global revenue and deferred revenue account reconciliations and flux analysisHelp lead the implementation of best practices for revenue team counterparts worldwide to scale business and global revenue expansionDevelop/refine accounting processes and procedures related to revenue reportingSupport external and internal audit requests related to specific areas of responsibilityWork cross-functionally with Global Teams including Finance, Sales, Sales Operations, FP&A, Billing, AR, IT and other key owners of policies, processes and programsParticipate in special projects, system enhancements or ad hoc analyses as assignedApply strong analytical skills to improve various aspects of the revenue reporting and reconciliation processesImprove business processes, reporting, and controlsBuild bridges and work effectively across a global organization and who has strong communication skills (written and verbal)Address each task with a sense of urgency, manage multiple responsibilities, and generate a high volume of quality work

About the Team

The Revenue Accounting Team is comprised of 5 accounting professionals located primarily in Philadelphia. As a member of this team, you will collaborate with your colleagues to support the monthly financial close, investigate and reconcile balance sheet accounts, and support both internal and external financial audits. This role reports directly to the Accounting Manager, Revenue and provides the opportunity to work with a wide range of accounting and finance professionals across the Global Controllership and Finance teams.

Full Time, EST time zoneThis is a hybrid role working 2 days a week in our Philadelphia, PA office locationAbility to be flexible with working hours across regions and time zones worldwide
