Position: Senior Accountant

RED RHINO is seeking a Senior Accountant to drive financial accuracy, enhance reporting processes, and influence key business decisions. This high-impact role blends advanced financial analysis with a deep understanding of accounting principles to support the company’s ongoing growth and success.

About the Role: 

Perform financial analysis and develop reports, models, and ad hoc statements to support business decisions and evolving reporting needsHandle general accounting tasks, including account reconciliation, ledger maintenance, and month-end/year-end close proceduresEnsure compliance with US GAAP and internal controls while improving accounting processes and documentationSupport budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning by collaborating with business leadersContribute to reporting system enhancements and process improvements for greater efficiency and insight

What We're Looking For: 

Not a remote position; will need to work from our HQ office in Palm Beach Gardens5+ years of experience with strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and complianceBachelor’s in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or Master’s preferredProven ability to analyze data, produce accurate financial statements, and deliver insights through advanced reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI)Skilled in account reconciliation, general ledger management, and closing processesExperience supporting budgeting, forecasting, and strategic financial planningHistory of enhancing financial processes and leveraging reporting systemsStrong interpersonal skills with the ability to partner with cross-functional teams and senior leadersExcellent organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills in dynamic environments

Pay and Perks:

Salaried (exempt)$70k-$85k; depending on experienceStandard Full-Time employee benefits packageStandard Office/HQ PTO Policy
