My team is assisting a dynamic, fast-paced accounting team as a Senior Accountant supporting a variety of corporate accounting functions under US GAAP. In this hybrid role based out of Seacoast, NH, you'll play a critical part in month-end close, financial reporting, and supporting revenue and expense accounting across both domestic and international operations. Key Responsibilities:

Lead month-end close activities including journal entry preparation, balance sheet reconciliations, and variance analysis.

Apply US GAAP standards to daily operational accounting, particularly in equipment-related revenue and expense reporting.

Manage monthly accrual processes, including meetings with department heads to capture unbilled liabilities.

Support SOX compliance through documentation, control testing, and process flow maintenance.

Assist with quarterly and annual external audits and SEC reporting preparation.

Analyze general ledger activity to ensure accurate expensing, capitalization, and financial accuracy.

Collaborate across departments to improve accounting processes and support change management initiatives.
