Kforce has a client that is seeking a Senior Accountant to join their team based in Cincinnati, Ohio. You'll support a range of accounting functions and play a key role in reconciling financial data, supporting month-end close, and responding to ad hoc business needs. Duties: * Senior Accountant will prepare and review account reconciliations * Perform journal entries and support month-end close processes (during the first 1-5 business days of the month) * Conduct ad hoc data analysis and reporting * Support Accounts Receivable (AR) functions and processes * Pull and analyze large datasets; Investigate discrepancies and resolve data issues * As a Senior Accountant, you will respond to ad hoc requests from leadership with a focus on problem-solving and data accuracy * Collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to process improvements * Ensure compliance with internal policies and accounting standards
