Description We are looking for a Senior Accountant to join our team in Russellville, Arkansas. In this role, you will oversee critical accounting functions, including monthly closings, payroll processing, and financial analysis. Responsibilities: • Perform monthly accounting close procedures, including journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reports. • Process payroll accurately, ensuring all withholding taxes and deductions are recorded. • Prepare monthly payroll accruals and manage fixed asset accounting. • Monitor daily cash flow and conduct balance sheet account reconciliations. • Collaborate with business units to ensure adherence to corporate accounting policies and provide support for specialized requests. • Analyze financial results, including trends, benchmarks, and performance metrics. • Assist with quarterly reviews and testing alongside internal and external partners. • Drive improvements in accounting and reporting processes through automation. • Provide consolidated profit and loss statements and balance sheet flux analysis for management. • Coordinate and execute special projects as needed. Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience. • Minimum of 4 years of experience in accounting, with demonstrated attention to detail. • Strong analytical, quantitative, and interpersonal skills. • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. • Knowledge of month-end close procedures and journal entries.
