The role:

The Senior Accountant will be required to support the RTR Manager in delivering the services under the RTR tower, executing the following responsibilities:

Oversee month-end and year-end close processes ensuring timely and accurate reporting.

Prepare and analyze management accounts and financial reports for stakeholders.

Review general ledger and trial balance to ensure accuracy and completeness.

Support statutory audits and ensure compliance with accounting standards.

Monitor financial and operational performance metrics and provide insights.

Drive process improvements and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.

Support team members & perform ad-hoc activities.

Key skills that will help you succeed in this role:

Experience in a similar industry in a record-to-report/general accounting role for 7 or more years. 

Strong understanding of management accounting principles and financial reporting practices. 

Business-oriented mindset and a keen interest in the field. 

Proficiency in Microsoft applications including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook. 

Knowledge of ERP systems, processes, and workflow technology. 

Fluent in English, with the ability to read, write, and communicate effectively with senior stakeholders and management.

Attention to detail, sense of responsibility, flexibility, result orientation, analytical thinking, and strong communication skills.

Strong team player with excellent collaboration skills.
