Description
We are seeking an experienced Senior Accountant to join our FTEP program, with a specific focus on ERP implementations. This position will require a combination of advanced accounting skills and an understanding of ERP systems to support clients with installations, data migration, process optimizations, and troubleshooting tasks. Key Responsibilities:
+ ERP Systems Implementation: Assist clients in configuring, testing, and deploying ERP systems, ensuring the accurate migration of accounting data and a seamless transition (Source: Job Functions in ERP Systems).
+ Manage and analyze the general ledger, ensuring all transactional data aligns with GAAP accounting standards.
+ Execute month-end and year-end close processes, including journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
+ Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis efforts with data-driven insights (Source: ERP Project Modules for Financial Systems).
+ Train and educate client staff on ERP navigation, reporting tools, and financial workflows.
+ Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate with IT or vendor support teams for timely resolution.
+ Monitor compliance procedures and compile audit-ready documentation.
Requirements
+ Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
+ Experience: 5+ years of progressive accounting or financial experience, with at least 2 years supporting ERP implementations such as NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, Workday, or Microsoft Dynamics (Source: Skills Analysis in Staffing Industry).
+ Proficiency with system integrations, data migration tools, and troubleshooting techniques.
+ Strong knowledge of GAAP and internal control compliance standards.
+ Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and financial modeling.
+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work across diverse teams and industries.
