Job Qualifications

Knowledge:

Prior experience and knowledge in the reading, understanding and analysis of financial statementsPrior experience and knowledge in the application of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)Solid analytical/logical mindset and attention to detail

Intermediate to Advance skill level with Microsoft ExcelIntermediate skill level with Microsoft Word, Outlook, and TeamsStrong written and verbal communication skillsStrong organizational skillsProven experience to meet deadlines timely, accurately, and consistentlyProven experience to effectively manage a teamStrong technical accounting skills

Ability:

Ability to complete tasks accurately, timely and consistentlyAbility to follow established procedures Ability to ready, understand and analyze financial statementsAbility to communicate complex accounting and financial data into easily understandable verbiageAbility to learn accounting softwareCapable of working independently Requirements

  

Experience: 

Minimum of 2 - 4 years accounting experience in financial reportingReal estate accounting experience strongly desiredExperience with Yardi is highly desiredExperience in cash management, forecasting and planning

Education: 

 Bachelor's degree in Accounting required from an accredited four-year college or university 

Salary Description $80,000-$90,000
