We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to manage the full accounting cycle for a portfolio of holding companies. This role encompasses end-to-end accounting responsibilities—from invoice processing to the preparation of financial statements—as well as all statutory and regulatory reporting. The position also includes a strong focus on payroll accounting, tax audits, and internal control compliance (SOX). The ideal candidate will demonstrate a high level of autonomy, accuracy, and analytical thinking.

Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.Relevant experience in a similar role, preferably in an international or multi-entity environment.Strong knowledge of IFRS, local accounting standards, payroll regulations, and SOX compliance.Experience with accounting and payroll systems (e.g., SAP,  ADP).Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.Fluency in French and English is required.
 Perform full-cycle accounting, including journal entries, accruals, and reconciliations.Manage accounts payable/receivable.Prepare financial statements per IFRS and local GAAP.Analyze balance sheet and P&L, identifying variances.Ensure timely statutory reporting, tax filings, and compliance.Support tax audits; liaise with external advisors and authorities.Maintain SOX controls and ensure corporate governance compliance.Manage provisions (risk, tax, legal).Validate inventory adjustments with operations.Review payroll data and calculations; process payroll payments.Reconcile payroll accounts and post to GL.Liaise with social security and labor authorities.Oversee pension/profit-sharing accounting and reporting.Support HR and finance with payroll-related queries
