As a Senior Accountant, you’ll play a key role in financial reporting and accounting across our global enterprise. Your responsibilities will include:
Prepare initial drafts of quarterly and annual SEC filings, including Forms 10-Q, 10-K, and 8-K, ensuring precision and adherence to SEC and GAAP standards. Assist with SEC filings as needed. Safeguard the integrity of financial statements by reviewing them thoroughly and reconciling figures with source data and supporting schedules to ensure both consistency and accuracy. Research, draft, and benchmark necessary disclosures. Assist in crafting technical accounting memos on topics such as goodwill and intangible impairment testing, business combinations, revenue recognition, leases, contingencies, etc. Collaborate with auditors, division accounting teams and cross-functional teams to ensure compliance and transparency. Support general corporate accounting and consolidations as needed. Aid in system implementation and continuous process improvements to bolster control, efficiency, and reporting accuracy.Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in corporate or public accounting. Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP and SEC reporting and filing requirements. Excellent communication skills, ability to communicate effectively with various organizational levels. Self-starter with the ability to work independently, critically think through problems, and manage multiple priorities. Continuous improvement and customer service focus. Capable in a fast-paced environment and ability to work flexible hours as required.Preferred Qualifications:
CPA Certification (or progress toward it). Experience with Workiva, Oracle Cloud Applications, Blackline and SAP Advanced Excel skills (e.g., pivot tables, macros, Power Query). Technology proficient with a strong aptitude for learning and leverage financial systems and automation tools.
