Do you have an interesting background from finance?
Would you like to communicate with customers in French?
In this role, you will be responsible for the daily management of an account portfolio and timely collection of outstanding debts. You will also develop and maintain the relationships with numerous customer contacts and serve as a focal point for all kind of customer inquiries, requests and complaints. You will be responsible mostly for the B2B customers and report to our Business Support Operations Manager based in Budapest as well.
You will also prepare the materials for account reviews conducted at local and worldwide level. You will ensure that accounts operate within approved guidelines and obtain the appropriate level of management approval.
