We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Sales Manager to join our team! You will be passionate about leading and growing our business with Broadcom. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in semiconductor sales, particularly in memory technologies and AI applications, and a proven ability to drive revenue growth through strategic customer engagement.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Develop, refine and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets for the Broadcom account.
+ Build and maintain strong, multi-level relationships within Broadcom.
+ Identify and pursue new AI-centric business opportunities across Micron’s memory portfolio, with a focus on High Bandwidth Memory (HBM) and other memory technologies.
+ Collaborate cross-functionally with Business Units, Product Development, and Support Teams to align on customer requirements.
+ Provide accurate sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and strategic insights to senior leadership.
+ Supervise and report on industry trends, competitive landscape, and new technologies in AI, memory, and semiconductor ecosystems.
**Qualifications and Education:**
+ Bachelor’s degree in business, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
+ Minimum 5 years of experience in semiconductor sales, with a focus on technical product selling.
+ Strong understanding of AI IC industry including High Bandwidth Memory (HBM) products and their end applications.
+ Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
+ Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
+ Willingness to travel as the need arises.
+ Proven success in leading sophisticated sales cycles and exceeding revenue goals.
+ Experience working with major fabless semiconductor companies, particularly Broadcom.
+ Familiarity with semiconductor supply chain partners, including foundries (TSMC, IFS) and OSATs (ASE, AMKOR, SPIL).
+ Strong analytical skills to assess market trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
+ Ability to communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical collaborators.
+ Established contact network within the semiconductor and AI hardware ecosystem.
The US base salary range that Micron Technology estimates it could pay for this full-time position is:
$241,500.00 - $410,500.00
Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries of the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional job-related factors, including knowledge, skills, experience, tenure and relevant education or training. Additional compensation may include benefits, discretionary bonuses and equity.
