Amazon Multi-Channel Fulfillment (MCF) solution is providing a third-party logistics solution that leverages Amazon's vast fulfillment network, technology, and expertise to handle storage, picking, packing, and shipping of products ordered through any sales channel.
MCF business is expanding rapidly in recently years, enabling sellers of all sizes to scale their logistics operations using Amazon’s leading fulfillment infrastructure. As a MCF Senior Account Representative, you will support the expansion of MCF business by identifying and onboarding the sellers across various verticals, driving adoption of MCF among them by influencing onboarding, deepening partnerships, and collaborating cross-functionally to ensure a satisfactory seller experience.
Key job responsibilities
- Execute targeted outreach campaigns to acquire new sellers into the MCF program, drive the growth of high potential sellers with incremental performance;
- Develop account-specific plans and drive execution through consultative and value selling;
- Conduct product pitches, engagement meetings, and follow-ups with prospective accounts;
- Track and report sales activities to Sales Leadership by using internal CRM and reporting tools;
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders across Product, Tech, Ops, and Marketing to ensure a seamless seller experience;
- Act as the voice of the customer to identify feature gaps and process improvements;
- Maintain a sensitivity on competitive offerings and industry trends, and enhance MCF market presence through attendance of industry influential conferences/events.
