What You'll be Doing:

As a Senior Account & Relationship Executive, you will manage the most complex and high-profile accounts in the Midwest region. Your strategic planning and deep understanding of client needs will drive business growth and enhance customer satisfaction. You will have success not only with supporting/upselling existing clients but also a strong background of outbound prospecting for new logo customers. The most successful candidates will have a documented history of quota overachievement and the ability to effectively uncover customer needs and articulate how TeamMate can solve them.

Key Tasks: 

Manage and nurture relationships with complex and high-profile accounts.Conduct strategic planning to meet account-specific business needs.Exercise broad authority in setting and negotiating product/service terms.Create, implement, and monitor comprehensive sales plans to drive revenue.Conduct regular strategic meetings with senior management of client accounts.Resolve critical and complex customer issues.Develop and execute upselling and cross-selling strategies within accounts.Drive customer satisfaction through tailored service delivery.Drive both existing account upsell and new logo penetrationProactive and self-driven prospecting into key accounts.

You're a Great Fit if You Meet These Requirements:  

Bachelor’s DegreeAbility to learn or have an in-depth understanding of the GRC/Integrated Assurance space and to articulate business value.Sales Strategy: Proficient in complex sales strategy development and implementation.High-Level Negotiation: Expertise in negotiating complex sales terms.CRM Mastery: Mastery of CRM tools for managing complex accounts.Analytical Insight: Advanced analytical skills for strategic planning and performance tracking.Relationship Management: Exceptional ability to maintain and enhance long-term client relationships.Strong understanding of MEDDPICC and related selling frameworks

Compensation:

Target salary range CA, CT, CO, DC, HI, IL, MD, MN, NY, RI, WA: $121,350 - $170,050
