作为大客户(副)经理,您将主要负责执行所属地区关键医院准入计划,负责所属地区关键医院Account Planning的制定,负责建立与所属地区关键医院的合作关系以及日常工作管理
您的机会:
1、执行所属地区关键医院的准入计划
1.1 根据总部与BU讨论的每年医院开发计划,准备地区的医院开发计划和时间表,确保在有临床提单情况下的开发成功率
1.2 推动需开发医院的药事会、临采流程,提供关键医院药学部解决方案
2、负责所属地区关键医院业务计划(Account planning)制定
2.1 熟知所负责医院信息和动态变化,完成和完善地区关键医院的 Account Planning
2.2 根据每家医院的Account Planning,合理分配学术项目所负责的医院
3、负责建立与所属地区关键医院的合作关系
3.1 根基公司CRM拜访要求,每月制定客户拜访计划,每周上报拜访报告,及时向上级反馈市场信息
3.2 了解和挖掘所负责地区关键医院业务和学术发展需求,与策略和项目团队讨论提供相应的学术支持
4、日常工作管理
4.1 按时准确完成日常工作和相关报告
4.2 完成年度KPI目标

1. 具备3年及以上医药销售经理相关工作经验;或具备5年高级医药销售顾问工作经验
2. 掌握专业知识和办公技能,具备主动学习能力,能提供建议和解决方案;
3. 具备客户管理能力,能够反映客户经营情况、业务能力的数据信息指标;能根据情况变化、突发情况等给出建议,及时调整工作计划;能得到利益相关客户的建议和大力支持,同医院客户建立持久长期的良好合作关系,为客户提供价值
