GENERAL PURPOSE
The Senior Account Manager will help to oversee the successful onboarding and retention of Healthcraft clients. This person will be detail-oriented, organized, and proactive to help ensure that client expectations are met and exceeded with accounts they are directly assigned, as well as those that are delegated to other Account Managers. Leads team efforts to ensure all projects are completed within the budgeted time, cost, and scope. Manages projects to ensure focus/alignment, monitor progress, maintain momentum, resolve issues, and ultimately deliver desired results. Leverages expertise in account management, communication, and strategy to help foster the successful launch of multi-channel campaigns.
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIESIn collaboration with the Principal, oversee client success and help drive positive, measurable outcomesDevelop, evolve (as needed), and oversee SOPs to help ensure smooth workflowManage multiple accounts; develop positive working relationship with all customer touch pointsDrive client retention, renewals, upsells, and client satisfactionOversee Account Manager(s), delegate account assignments, and proactively collaborate to help ensure the mutual success of team members and clientsWork closely with Account Manager(s) on day-to-day operational processes including campaign set-up, receipt of creative, trafficking, optimization, troubleshooting, and QAPartner with internal cross-functional teams to understand customer goals and key performance metrics and exceed those goals throughout the campaignLeverage technical tools and quantitative data to manage campaigns to success, high customer satisfaction, and renewalManage monthly campaign status documents for reviewFocus on ensuring we maintain superior customer service levels, operational excellence, and strategic insightSummarize, assign, and track project requests using project management softwareCoordinate project timelines and staff to ensure projects get completed on schedule, on budget, and within scopeSupport the development of pricing proposals for prospective clientsSupport new client onboardingBuild and maintain vendor relationshipsCoordinate support from freelancers/contractors when neededFacilitate preparation of presentations as neededQUALIFICATIONSBachelor’s Degree or equivalent job experience in business, business administration, marketing, or related fieldFive (5) or more years of experience in project management or related fieldMust be capable of maintaining regular attendanceKNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES & BEHAVIORSStrong interpersonal skills – able to interact with clients of all levelsSuperior customer service skillsDetail-oriented, organized, and able to maintain logistics of multiple projects on intersecting timelinesStrong self-starter with the ability to work independentlyFamiliarity with project management software (e.g., ClickUp)Proficient in use of Microsoft Office programs including PowerPoint, Word, and ExcelExcellent written and oral presentation skillsAbility to effectively and efficiently complete multiple assignments with minimal supervisionMust be able to maintain confidentiality regarding patient, employee, and company proprietary informationMust have the ability to relate professionally and positively and work cooperatively with patients, families, and other employees at all levelsExcellent organizational and time management skillsStrong listening skills and collaborative spiritAbility to think creatively and innovativelyEEO Statement: Aegis Therapies and its Family of Companies is committed to a diverse workforce and is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
