**Job Summary:**
This role will be the key driver in nurturing and growing strategic partnerships with a leading global consumer brand in the Fabric and Home Care space, with a focus on key Asian markets—Japan, Korea, and China. It will require close collaboration with internal teams, including Perfumers, Fragrance Development, Consumer Insight, Marketing, Technical Development, to deliver exceptional results that meet our clients business objectives. Your leadership in managing both clients and internal relationships will be critical in driving value creation and achieving mutual business growth.
**Key Responsibilities:**
**Strategic Partnership Management:**
+ Serve as the primary contact for our client Fabric and Home Care Asia within your assigned regions, ensuring we exceed client expectations through proactive engagement and tailored solutions.
+ Develop and sustain deep, trust-based relationships with key client stakeholders by understanding their strategic priorities and translating them into actionable plans
**Integrated Project Leadership:**
+ Lead cross-functional collaboration with Consumer Insight, Perfumers, Marketing, Technical Development, and Fragrance Development teams to ensure excellent execution and timely delivery of projects.
+ Align internal capabilities with client strategic goals, driving seamless integration and execution excellence across all touchpoints.
**Growth Acceleration:**
+ Identify and capitalize on opportunities for growth through strategic upselling and cross-selling initiatives, positioning our fragrance solutions as integral to clients success.
+ Craft and implement account strategies that drive incremental value, contributing to both top-line growth and long-term partnership sustainability.
+ Lead negotiations with a focus on creating win-win scenarios that enhance our partnership with our client while achieving our commercial objectives.
**Insight-Driven Innovation:**
+ Stay ahead of market trends and consumer insights within the fragrance category, providing actionable intelligence that informs their product strategies and strengthens their market position.
+ Collaborate with our client to co-create innovative fragrance solutions that resonate with consumers and drive brand differentiation.
**Performance and Accountability:**
+ Monitor and report on account performance & vitality, using data-driven insights to optimize strategies and drive continuous improvement.
+ Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with both client's expectations and our internal standards of excellence.
**Team Empowerment:**
+ Foster a collaborative environment by working closely with cross-functional teams, mentoring junior account managers, and sharing best practices that elevate our overall performance.
+ Engage actively with global teams, sharing insights, best practices, and learnings to drive consistent success across regions.
+ Facilitate knowledge exchange within the global community, ensuring that regional strategies are informed by global trends and innovations.
**Qualifications:**
+ Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field.
+ More than 7 years of experience in account management or sales, with a strong preference for experience in the fragrance or consumer goods industry.
+ Proven ability to build and sustain strategic partnerships that drive mutual growth.
+ Strong commercial acumen and experience in managing large, complex accounts.
+ Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
+ Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
+ Proficiency in CRM systems and data analysis tools.
+ Willingness to travel within the assigned regions as required.
