EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE Bachelor degree or equivalent (mechanical or electrical engineering preferred) 8-9 years working experience in automotive industry, automotive customer management experience desired High level of analytical abilities to assess and resolve problems Good knowledge of automotive manufacturing processes & systems Ability to work independently Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills Effective communication and summarizing of business dealings in the form of trip reports, customer contact reports and relevant materials Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and in multi cultural groups to achieve stated goals Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
