Senior Account Executive for ACC (Andean, Central America, and Caribbean Region)
Responsible for selling SAP's products and solutions and certain partner solutions. Responsible for building and maintaining relationships with SAP's customers, prospective customers, partners -- and for maintaining customer satisfaction. Identifies opportunities and generates demand where SAP's capabilities as an integrated solution addresses a customer's business need. Supports efforts to ensure solutions are adopted and value is realized. Responsible for the continuity and expansion of the customer’s ongoing business with SAP. Focused on named existing and/or prospective accounts.Maintains customer relationship and influences customers' requirements' specification.

Role Purpose:
To drive cloud revenue growth and customer success by building and executing customer-centric strategies that align with business goals and position SAP's cloud solutions to meet customer challenges.

Guide Customers into the Future: Ensure successful cloud adoption and consumption; articulate the value of cloud migration; maximize customer lifetime value.
Collaborate Internally: Align SAP account team and partners with customer requirements; foster cross-functional collaboration.
Maintain Customer Visibility: Regularly review and adjust strategies; ensure continuous positioning and delivery of value.
