We currently have an opportunity for a Senior Account Executive -- Employee Benefits.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as day-to-day contact for clients and develop strong, consultative relationshipsManage all lines of employee benefits: medical, dental, vision, life/AD&D, disability, voluntary benefits, and moreOversee renewals including competitive marketing, plan design analysis, and contribution modelingAct as a liaison with insurance carriers and advocate on behalf of clientsPrepare renewal presentations, financial reports, and plan performance reviewsSupport client compliance with ACA, ERISA, and other regulatory requirementsMaintain accurate client data in HUB’s Agency Management SystemSupport wellness initiatives and coordinate health fairs, as neededMentor junior team members and provide back-up support to leadership when neededQualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experienceMinimum of 8 years’ experience in brokerage, consulting, insurance, or corporate benefitsStrong analytical, communication, and client-facing skillsProficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPointDetail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking skillsExperience with healthcare industry clients preferredCore Competencies:

Ability to travel as neededFrequent computer useThe expected pay range for this position is $105,000 annually to $120,000 annually and will be impacted by factors such as the successful candidate’s skills, experience, and work location, as well as the specific position’s business line, scope, and level.
