Senior Account Executive - Employee Benefits

We currently have an opportunity for a **Senior Account Executive -- Employee Benefits** . **Key Responsibilities** **:** + Serve as day-to-day contact for clients and develop strong, consultative relationships + Manage all lines of employee benefits: medical, dental, vision, life/AD&D, disability, voluntary benefits, and more + Oversee renewals including competitive marketing, plan design analysis, and contribution modeling + Act as a liaison with insurance carriers and advocate on behalf of clients + Prepare renewal presentations, financial reports, and plan performance reviews + Support client compliance with ACA, ERISA, and other regulatory requirements + Maintain accurate client data in HUB’s Agency Management System + Support wellness initiatives and coordinate health fairs, as needed + Mentor junior team members and provide back-up support to leadership when needed **Qualifications** **:** + Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience + Minimum of 8 years’ experience in brokerage, consulting, insurance, or corporate benefits + Strong analytical, communication, and client-facing skills + Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint + Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking skills + Experience with healthcare industry clients preferred​ **Core Competencies** **:** + Client-focused and results-driven + Strong business and market acumen + Collaborative and team-oriented + Strong technical and functional expertise + Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment​ **Other Requirements** **:** + Ability to travel as needed + Frequent computer use The expected pay range for this position is $105,000 annually to $120,000 annually and will be impacted by factors such as the successful candidate’s skills, experience, and work location, as well as the specific position’s business line, scope, and level.
