Senior Account Executive - Corporate Broking

Marsh is seeking an enthusiastic Senior Account Executive to join our Corporate team in Darwin. This is an exciting opportunity for a professional with a background in insurance, particularly in new business development and account management within Property and Casualty. We will count on you to:

Develop, pursue, and convert new business opportunities.Grow a corporate portfolio through new logo acquisition and organic expansion.On-board new clients and effectively deliver on our value proposition.Build and maintain meaningful relationships with insurers at a senior level.Collaborate with senior team members to plan and implement effective renewal and broking strategies while ensuring high-quality customer service.

What you need to have:

Experience in insurance, with a focus on new business development and account management.A passion for learning and a desire to grow within the insurance industry.Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships with clients and insurers.A proactive attitude and a commitment to delivering exceptional client service.
