Job Title: Senior Account Executive - Channel Partners

Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Account Executive to drive revenue and order growth by developing and managing a robust network of resellers and partners. This role is pivotal in identifying and acquiring new partners and customers through existing relationships, requiring high-level channel management, relationship building, and problem-solving skills within complex matrix environments.

Key Responsibilities:

Account and Territory Management:

Build and execute strategic account plans with designated and prospective partner firms, concentrating on sales expansion by promoting NCR's complete retail solutions.Develop a strategic plan to enhance NCR’s solutions and services offerings within assigned regions by gaining a comprehensive understanding of the Resellers’ business environments.

Sales and Support:

Provide exceptional sales support by understanding and advising on the enterprise sales process.Utilize internal and external NCR resources to execute plan initiatives, resolve customer support issues, and identify new market and product opportunities.

Relationship Development:

Cultivate and maintain relationships at key levels within reseller or alliance organizations, integrating NCR's solutions suite into their offerings and annual plans.

Market Strategy:

Collaborate with selected partners to market current programs, develop strategic plans to penetrate existing and new markets, and promote NCR’s complete solution portfolio.

Customer Engagement:

Serve as the primary interface to define customer needs and assess NCR’s ability to meet those needs with tailored solutions.Act as a liaison between customers and NCR, addressing issues, and escalating roadblocks to secure new business.Support partner sales opportunities by participating in key end-user customer meetings.

Pipeline and Strategic Planning:

Identify, track, and facilitate the closure of significant opportunities within SalesForce.Develop and execute strategic plans targeting vertical opportunities to grow NCR Voyix’s comprehensive product offering.Work closely with NCR Voyix Sales Specialist and Product Managers to efficiently manage and close various sales opportunities.

Channel Program Development:

Assist in the creation and implementation of channel sales programs.Act as a conduit of critical information relating to competition, industry trends, program needs, and product feedback.Utilize resources such as the Center of Expertise Staff and internal support organizations to deliver timely support to customers.Demonstrate proficiency in NCR products, services, policies, and programs, facilitating effective communication with channel partners and customers.

Financial and Operational Management:

Prudently manage expenses in accordance with guidelines and established budgets.Evaluate, distribute, and follow up on leads provided to Resellers.Perform additional duties as assigned to support business objectives.

Qualifications:

A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in channel management and business development.Proven track record of achieving revenue and order goals through strategic partnerships and sales growth initiatives.
