The automotive industry is experiencing significant transformations with the emergence of Electric/Hybrid vehicles and a substantial change in distribution strategies. They are shifting from almost entirely physical sales to e-commerce sales, while still depending on a distributed network of dealers.

Because It’s hard to maintain customer engagement throughout the end-to-end journey for high-consideration purchases, like a car, we believe that personalised customer experiences allow B2B2C companies to maintain the right level of customer engagement and increase funnel efficiency by at least 25%.

To enable personalised experiences at scale, Kaisa has developed a platform which relies on 4 pillars:

1- Capture data around customer experiences

2- Build Audiences based on CX data

3- Automate personalised engagement for each of these audiences

4- Monitor and continuously improve the conversion performance for each Audience

About The Role & Team

Having experienced consistent revenue growth in recent years, the Sales team is seeking an English-speaking Enterprise Account Executive who will work on closing deals with OEMs & Auto Marketpkaces located in Europe and beyond to accelerate our growth. This presents an exciting opportunity to become a part of the Kaisa team during a period of increased momentum, as we strengthen our leading position in the Automotive industry, helping our customers navigate the major shifts happening in the automotive market.

As An Enterprise Account Executive, You Will:

Source and close net new logos within your given territory in the Enterprise segment and have responsibility for expanding some High Growth existing customers (in collaboration with our Customer Success team)

Research and understand your prospects to gain insight into their business challenges to effectively sell the value of Kaisa to key senior stakeholders within the account

Become knowledgeable on Kaisa's platform and conduct discovery calls and presentations to prospective customers

Influence and drive complex sales processes using Sales Methodologies and frameworks such as MEDDPICC and SPICED while managing multi-layer stakeholders in Enterprise organisations

Lead territory-building initiatives by working with technology partners, solutions partners, product management networking groups and regional events to drive awareness, educate the market, create net new opportunities and influence current pipeline,

Collaborate well with team members (particularly our Marketing Team & Solution Consultants), proactively identify best practices and share feedback

Consistently take quantitative and strategic approaches in territory planning. Forecast accurately.

Participating in the alignment of Kaisa Product Roadmap with Revenue Opportunities and customers feedback

You'll be a great addition to the team if you have:

5-15 years of experience in selling SaaS solutions and/or data & digital consulting services to Enterprise customers

Successful track record of being a top performer in closing complex deals with long sales cycles (>6 months)

Experience and appetite for developing net new business and building your own pipeline

Excellent communication and presentation skills and ability to tell a story using data

Good knowledge of the Digital, Martech and CRM solutions used by Enterprise customers

Ability to work and thrive in a highly collaborative company and team setting

You are naturally curious and empathetic towards customers and prospects

You embrace feedback and are open to developing personally and professionally

Previous experience in the automotive sector is a strong plus but not mandatory

You are autonomous and proactive in your role

You are fluent in English and another European language
