We are seeking a talented individual to join our Global Aviation and Space team. This role will be based in Beijing.
We will count on you to:
Develop in-depth knowledge of specific risk exposures and sales areas to effectively serve clients and provide tailored risk management solutions.Advise smaller clients on risk management solutions that align with their strategic goals and risk exposures, ensuring they receive the best possible service and support.Actively participate in internal strategy meetings to gain insights into company strategy and contribute ideas for improvement and growth.Utilize your knowledge of industry, risk, and insurance markets to create comprehensive program submissions, including detailed coverage specifications.Prepare proposal components for review by senior Advisory colleagues, including analysis of pricing, coverage terms and conditions, services, quote comparisons, financing options, and provide commentary and recommendations.Maintain ongoing relationships with clients and team colleagues to effectively service clients and support Advisory colleagues in their efforts.Engage in all aspects of the graduate trainee program during your second year, including training sessions, mentorship opportunities, and collaborative projects.
What you need to have:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Risk Management, or a related field.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.Eagerness to learn and develop expertise in risk management and insurance markets.Previous internship or experience in risk management or insurance is a plus but not required.
