With over 20,000 employees in 750 offices throughout North America, HUB has grown substantially, in part due to our industry leading success in mergers and acquisitions. **Job Specifications:** + Service middle to large line accounts including; evaluate existing coverages, and make recommendations as needed. + Prepare detailed coverage analysis for new business submissions and any renewal marketing submissions. + Receive, review, and forward invoices, policies, endorsements and other documents as necessary. + Review and audit policies for compliance with internal procedures and in accordance with binder specifications. + Prepare applications, marketing specifications, and proposals. + Apply (basic) proficiency of loss analysis as needed. + Assure proper disposition of items on expiration lists. + Review client contracts for insurance program compliance. + Experience with complex programs (i.e.: high deductibles, layered programs etc.). + Assist VP with overseeing team **Required Experience:** 5-7 years with mid to large lines servicing experience, preferably with broker. **Qualifications** + Ability to understand, analyze, and research different lines of insurance + Detail oriented with good mathematical and communication skills + Superior customer service skills. + Proficient in Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint + Must have valid P&C license + Epic experience preferred + Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience The expected pay range for this position is $120,000 annual to $150,000 annual and will be impacted by factors such as the successful candidate’s skills, experience, and work location, as well as the specific position’s business line, scope, and level.
