We’re Salesforce, and MuleSoft is one of our fastest-growing product lines. MuleSoft helps businesses unlock their data and systems through powerful integration and automation and we’re looking for a Senior Account Executive to lead our growth in Belgium’s manufacturing sector.
You’ll be at the forefront of driving digital transformation in traditional industries. This is a high-impact, strategic role where you’ll own some of our most critical manufacturing accounts in Belgium.
What You’ll DoManage and grow a portfolio of manufacturing accounts in Belgium
Build strong relationships with C-level and technical stakeholders
Lead complex sales cycles (€250K+ deals), supported by top-tier solution engineers and SDRs
Partner with internal teams and the Salesforce ecosystem to deliver value and results
Drive new business, expand within existing accounts, and maintain a strong pipeline
What We’re Looking For5+ years of B2B software or technology sales experience
Based in Belgium, with fluency in English + either French or Dutch
Experience selling to complex, traditional industries (manufacturing, logistics, industrials, etc.)
Strong discovery, consultative selling, and closing skills
Comfortable working across multiple stakeholders in long sales cycles
Bonus If You HaveExperience with APIs, integration, cloud, or automation
Knowledge of sales frameworks like MEDDIC, Challenger, or SPIN
A track record of exceeding quotas and closing large enterprise deals
