YOUR IMPACT

We help organizations solve their biggest challenges by harnessing the information opportunity—creating value across multiple business processes by connecting, synthesizing, and delivering information with relevant context. All this is possible through combining our technology platforms.

As a Senior Account Executive based in Dubai, you will join a team of high-performing and experienced salespeople to grow OpenText’s Banking and FSI business across UAE and Oman.

You will be responsible for setting your territory strategy in collaboration with senior management, identifying the most effective channels to go to market, and taking ownership of the end-to-end sales cycle. Cross-team collaboration will be at the centre of your daily activity and the true enabler of your success.

WHAT THE ROLE OFFERS

A highly entrepreneurial role where you will define territory-specific needs and tailor OpenText’s value proposition to address them.
A hunting-focused environment where you will leverage existing relationships and build new ones in the FSI sector.
Coordination of sales operations with alliances, marketing, and account development teams to generate a strong pipeline of opportunities.
Collaboration with global subject matter experts to refine strategy and drive complex enterprise software solutions.
A continuous improvement culture, assessing strategy and execution with peers and leadership to achieve excellence.


WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED

 10+ years’ experience in enterprise software sales, ideally with a focus on Banking/FSI.
 Proven track record of hunting and winning net new business.
 Strong network and relationships in the UAE & Oman financial services sector.
 Knowledge of OpenText solutions or Information Management technologies is a strong advantage.
 Consistent achievement of quarterly sales targets.
 Ability to understand client challenges and craft effective value propositions.
 Negotiation and commercial acumen to close complex enterprise deals.
 Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills; ability to engage C-level stakeholders.
 Self-driven and collaborative with a creative, can-do mindset in a fast-paced environment.
 Excellent organizational, planning, and prioritization skills.
 Commitment to continuous learning and adaptability in a growth-driven tech environment.
