Responsibilities Partner to deliver, growth, team development, and quality work for agency clients. Financial oversight for annual forecasts and business planning and business performance Partner and collaborate with Creative Leader(s) and Planning & Strategy Leader(s), to shape and drive client deliverables and strategic growth Partner with leadership to deliver business growth against forecast within existing client partnerships Provide long term strategic leadership with agency clients Maintain optimal staffing resources against the business through proactive resource planning, growth and development of staff and leaders, succession planning and engaged recruiting practices Oversee and mentor account leadership leaders on the business. Ensure the team is inspired, developed and utilized to their fullest potential Partner to explore and lead new business plans for existing and new client opportunities Proven people management skills, with the ability to grow team members into leaders, to develop their business skills, leadership skills and shopper knowledge. Qualifications 10-12 years of experience Experience in shopper marketing, preferred. Experience proactively leading and collaborating with cross- functional teams, and working with minimal supervision is required. Strong business acumen Inspirational leader. Must be able to lift up the Account Leadership team. Help them achieve what they never thought possible Credible. Must be able to establish credible relationships with key client contacts and be a credible internal leader among a cross-functional team Culturally connected. Cannot be tone-deaf to the staff and personal influence within the culture. This includes being ethical and moral. A believer in Saatchi & Saatchi, Publicis Groupe, as well as Saatchi & Saatchi X. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
