Caterpillar’s Excavation division is hiring a Senior Account Coordinator for our Work Tools group in Waco, TX. **Role Summary:** In this role you will take orders from customers and schedule capacity within our manufacturing facilities to ensure timely deliver to customers. In addition, you’ll perform administrative and in-house support tasks for a sales team, helping to build relationships and improve customer experience. **What You’ll Do (Job Duties)** + Manage all work tool orders that flow through CMOP for our ship sourcing + Responding to customer inquiries and providing customer service regarding products and services, addressing issues related to customer orders. + Supporting order to delivery process, ensuring compliance with customer/dealer requirements. Participate in process improvement activities and projects. + Manage docs cases in our area + Debits/Credits for dealers and internal fixes for accounting + Responding to customer inquiries and providing customer service regarding products and services, addressing issues related to customer orders. + Performing general administrative duties, including maintaining files, schedules and appointments, for the sales teams. Maintaining database and updating records of contacts, accounts and orders as required. + Monitor, prioritize and track status of orders to provide updates to customers. + Supporting order to delivery process, ensuring compliance with customer/dealer requirements. Participate in process improvement activities and projects. + Creating reports for the sales force regarding market conditions, labor costs, expense control, sales results, and team earnings. **What You Have (Core Skills)** + **Customer Focus:** Knowledge of the values and practices that align customer needs and satisfaction as primary considerations in all business decisions and ability to leverage that information in creating customized customer solutions. + **Industry Knowledge:** Knowledge of the organization's industry group, trends, directions, major issues, regulatory considerations, and trendsetters; ability to apply industry knowledge appropriately to diverse situations. + **Decision Making and Critical Thinking:** Knowledge of the decision-making process and associated tools and techniques; ability to accurately analyze situations and reach productive decisions based on informed judgment. + **Effective Communications:** Understanding of effective communication concepts, tools and techniques; ability to effectively transmit, receive, and accurately interpret ideas, information, and needs through the application of appropriate communication behaviors. + **Relationship Management:** Knowledge of relationship management techniques; ability to establish and maintain healthy working relationships with clients, vendors, and peers. **Top Candidates Will Also Have** + Prior SAP experience (MACH1 preferred) and basic MS office suite proficiency + Customer service experience in industry and dealing with high volume requests + Experience communicating and collaborating with dealer networks + Work tool, construction equipment and/or heavy machinery experience + Experience working through change management initiatives with customers or teams **Additional Details** + Work location: Waco, TX + Domestic relocation assistance IS NOT available for this role + Work schedule: Onsite 5 days a week: 7 am – 3:30 pm OR 8 am – 4:30 pm M-F **Summary Pay Range:** $87,480.00 - $131,280.00 Compensation and benefits offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, job level, market location, job-related knowledge, skills, individual performance and experience.
