Team dynamic: Onshore/offshore team and looking for an onshore senior to lead/mentor.

Roles and Responsibilities:
1) Lead .net developer with strong skills in design, development and maintenance of the applications hosted on IIS.
2) Ability to mentor other developers on the team.
3) Knowledge on monitoring/logging using Dynatrace, splunk etc
4) Experience working on Azure devops, Git, Bitbucket, CICD pipelines.
5) subject matter expert who can build deep knowledge, support strategic initiatives, and mentor peers.

Technical Skills: .NET, C#, SQL, SSIS, SSRS, IIS, CICD, Microservices, REST APIs, ASP.NET, Azure (ADO), Windows.

Flex Skills: Java, J2EE, OCP, Jenkins, Kubernetes
