About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior .NET Developer within Commercial and Corporate & Investment Banking Technology (CCIBT). You will leverage your hands-on engineering experience to support the team’s efforts in the design, development, implementation, and adoption of products and delivery of applications and project initiatives.

In this role, you will:

Lead moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within technical domain environments

Contribute to large scale planning of strategies

Design, code, test, debug, and document for projects and programs associated with technology domain, including upgrades and deployments

Review moderately complex technical challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of technologies and procedures

Resolve moderately complex issues and lead a team to meet existing client needs or potential new clients needs while leveraging solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, or compliance requirements

Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and mid-level managers to resolve technical challenges and achieve goals

Lead projects and act as an escalation point, provide guidance and direction to less experienced staff

 Required Qualifications:

4+ years of Software Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

4+ years of experience with software engineering leadership

4+ years of experience with .NET Core design and development

4+ years of experience with C# .NET

4+ years of experience with SQL Server

4+ years of experience with Unit testing with xUnit, bUnit, Fluent Assertions, Moq

2+ years of experience with Blazor

2+ years of experience with Agile Scrum

1+ years of experience with GitHub CoPilot

Desired Qualifications:

4+ years of experience with SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS)

4+ years of experience with RESTful APIs

4+ years of experience with IIS configuration

4+ years of experience with Telerik

1+ year of experience with ThemeBuilder by Progress

Experience working in banking domain

Experience with Agentic AI

Experience with OpenShift

Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy

Strong organizational and workload balancing skills

Job Expectations:
