**About this role:**
Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior .NET Developer within Commercial and Corporate & Investment Banking Technology (CCIBT). You will leverage your hands-on engineering experience to support the team’s efforts in the design, development, implementation, and adoption of products and delivery of applications and project initiatives.
**In this role, you will:**
+ Lead moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within technical domain environments
+ Contribute to large scale planning of strategies
+ Design, code, test, debug, and document for projects and programs associated with technology domain, including upgrades and deployments
+ Review moderately complex technical challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of technologies and procedures
+ Resolve moderately complex issues and lead a team to meet existing client needs or potential new clients needs while leveraging solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, or compliance requirements
+ Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and mid-level managers to resolve technical challenges and achieve goals
+ Lead projects and act as an escalation point, provide guidance and direction to less experienced staff
**Required Qualifications:**
+ 4+ years of Software Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
+ 4+ years of experience with software engineering leadership
+ 4+ years of experience with .NET Core design and development
+ 4+ years of experience with C# .NET
+ 4+ years of experience with SQL Server
+ 4+ years of experience with Unit testing with xUnit, bUnit, Fluent Assertions, Moq
+ 2+ years of experience with Blazor
+ 2+ years of experience with Agile Scrum
+ 1+ years of experience with GitHub CoPilot
**Desired Qualifications:**
+ 4+ years of experience with SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS)
+ 4+ years of experience with RESTful APIs
+ 4+ years of experience with IIS configuration
+ 4+ years of experience with Telerik
+ 1+ year of experience with ThemeBuilder by Progress
+ Experience working in banking domain
+ Experience with Agentic AI
+ Experience with OpenShift
+ Excellent communication and teamwork skills
+ Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
+ Strong organizational and workload balancing skills
