Overview

The Clinical Team Lead collaborates with the Assistant Practice Manager and the Practice Manager to ensure the efficient and effective clinical operations of a practice. Assumes responsibility and accountability for daily clinical operations. Supports employees with solutions for everyday operational needs. Manage multiple projects and perform special work assignments as needed. Support Assistant Practice Manager, Practice Manager, Director and other leadership team members as needed. Collaborate with cross-departmental/divisional teams to achieve goals. Takes initiative and implements new processes independently. Acts as a role model for the clinical team and subject matter expert in clinical areas.
 

EducationTrade School - Licensed Practical Nurse LPN (Required)

Certification/LicensureBLS required within 90 days of hire. LPN License requiredMedication Administration (certification/training) is preferred.

ExperienceRequired to have at least one year of experience in a medical officeRequired to have at least two years of experience in patient careRequired to have at least one year of administrative experience

We provide market-competitive compensation packages, inclusive of base pay, incentives, and benefits. The base pay rate for Full Time employment is:$25.71 - $42.85. Additional compensation may be available for this role such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
