Aspire People are actively recruiting experienced and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistants to work across a range of supportive and inclusive schools in Derby and Derbyshire.

We are looking for individuals who are committed, resilient, and genuinely driven to help every child reach their full potential-especially those with additional needs such as autism, ADHD, speech and language difficulties, or social, emotional, and mental health challenges (SEMH).

🔹 The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
Experience working with children with SEN in a school, care, or support setting (essential)

A calm, patient, and empathetic approach to supporting young people

Excellent communication and behaviour management skills

The ability to work one-to-one or in small groups

A proactive and flexible attitude

Relevant qualifications (e.g. CACHE Level 2/3, Team Teach, Autism Awareness) - desirable but not essential
