We are looking for a dedicated, compassionate, and enthusiastic SEN Teacher to join our supportive team in Coventry, working across both primary and secondary phases with students who have complex needs and a range of other additional needs.
About the Role
You will play a vital role in creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating learning environment tailored to meet the individual needs of each pupil. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and inclusive school that puts students at the heart of everything it does.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons for pupils with complex and varied SEN (including ASD, ADHD, PMLD, SEMH, and MLD).
Work closely with teaching assistants, therapists, and external agencies to support holistic development.
Monitor and assess progress using individual EHCP targets.
Foster a positive, inclusive classroom culture that encourages confidence, independence, and self-expression.
Who We're Looking For
We welcome applications from qualified teachers (QTS or equivalent) with:
Experience or strong interest in teaching students with complex and additional needs
A creative and flexible approach to teaching and learning
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
A strong commitment to inclusion and safeguarding
