**Overview** We are looking for a dynamic individual to join our team. This individual will support a building or a facility by doing things like changing light bulbs, cleaning spills, emptying trash and light mechanical maintenance. They will also do regular housekeeping to keep areas clean and safe. The Semi-Skilled Technician will report safety hazards and larger maintenance problems to the customer. The Semi-Skilled Technician must be flexible and willing to complete all tasks that are assigned. Ideal candidates will possess a positive, can-do attitude and understand the importance of building strong client partnerships through excellent communication.
