Sell Agent – Customer Experience
The Sell Agent – Customer Experience is responsible for delivering customer website support and coordinating customer vehicle purchases.
The Sell Agent – Customer Experience reports to the Driveway Sell Supervisor.
Responsibilities
Driveway website concierge/brand promise expert:
Customer Concierge:
Answers questions and helps move the digital transaction process forward
Coordinates virtual inspection using our inspection application
Coordinates pick-up of purchased vehicle from customer’s home.
Communicate effectively with customers through chat, phone, and CRM/email
Maintain activity log
Other duties as assigned
