Your Mission\:
We seek a seasoned Segments Sales Manager to lead our sales strategy in targeted market segments. This role requires a dynamic leader with a proven track record in sales management, cross-functional collaboration, and market expansion. The ideal candidate will possess a hunter mentality, deep market insight, and the ability to drive business unit alignment to maximize revenue growth. A structured, disciplined approach to leadership and strategy execution is critical.

Strategic Sales Leadership
· Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market share in assigned segments.
· Identify and pursue new business opportunities (hunting), leveraging Schneider Electric’s portfolio to drive customer value.
Team Management & Development
· Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing sales team to exceed KPIs.
· Foster a culture of accountability, discipline, and continuous improvement.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
· Partner with Marketing, Product, and Operations teams to align strategies and ensure business unit saturation (full engagement).
· Drive integrated campaigns to penetrate markets and enhance customer solutions.
Market & Competitive Analysis
· Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to refine strategies.
· Translate insights into actionable plans to maintain competitive advantage.
Pipeline & Relationship Management
· Build a robust sales pipeline through structured prospecting and lead generation.
· Cultivate long-term relationships with key stakeholders, including C-suite executives.
Performance Reporting
· Monitor sales metrics, prepare forecasts, and report progress to senior leadership.
· Ensure CRM data accuracy for informed decision-making.
