Seeds Strategic Marketing MesoAndean

Strategic marketing role is in charge to develop monitor and evaluate long-term marketing initiatives that focuses on building growth, customer loyalty and a lasting competitive advantage. Provides a marketing mix framework for value proposition and differentiation, this includes pricing, positioning, and deployment of new products and technologies.


Responsibilities

Planning, construction, financials and hand off of Pricing campaigns for all MesoAndean region.

Finance and Demand focal point on P&L delivery and its KPIs.

Provide framework for new product and/or technology launch.

Demand forecast and inventory management between regions – overall MesoAndean region, being the focal point for the Supply team.

Support RTM and Incentives development, being the Seeds mkt focal point for Commercial Effectiveness.

Responsible for key growth projects construction, management and delivery.

Qualifications

Agriculture/Marketing/Business degree.

+10 experience in agriculture.

Sales and/or Marketing experience.

Experience in seed market is desired.

Pricing experience is a plus.

Available to travel 25% of the time.

Good influential leadership and interpersonal communication skills – results delivered by teamwork.

Fluent English is mandatory.

Market analysis, marketing strategy development, and campaign management within the Ag business, Process and Project Management experiences are desired.
