Seeds Market Developer is responsible for the implementation of geography marketing plans and lead market tailored projects. This includes detailed planning, executing, and reviewing of sales campaign to ensure that it meets stipulated goals. Will be a key point of contact for Communications team, Account managers and Field agronomist on field tactics/activities following commercial strategy by crop.

Responsibilities

Pricing and campaign execution; commercial support (disc., quotas) for assigned geography.

Deployment of products and technologies, pivot with communications and technical team for campaign design.

Monitor and evaluate regional business metrics in order to assess and adjust tactical plans, enabling portfolio sales and optimizing RTM.

Foster synergies with crop protection and biologicals.

Implement growth initiatives and projects at a regional level.

Steer field plot allocation to foster product development, customer insights and sales.

Qualifications

Business acumen of agricultural business.

+5 year of experience Marketing, Sales, Agronomy, preferably in seeds. 

Agriculture / Biotechnology / related degree.

Strong technical background.

Marketing experience is a plus.
